Inspired Gaming Group has signed a deal with IceSkill, a leading US operator of interactive touch-screen entertainment machines.
As part of its rapid international expansion, Inspired will roll out 1000 Skill With Prize (SWP) terminals in the US in an agreement covering 1000 selected venues.
SWP gaming is a relatively new concept for the US market and this deal means that Inspired will be one of the few international players to take advantage of the opportunity.
All of the terminals will be centrally managed over a broadband network, ensuring that the latest and best content is constantly uploaded onto each terminal. The terminals will offer customers brand new games and games from established brands through instant pay out and real-time networked tournaments against other local, regional and national players.
Norman Crowley, Inspired co-CEO, said, “The US market represents a very exciting opportunity for us as it is one that is relatively untapped for SWP gaming. Our partnership with IceSkill will help to open up the market and its commitment to developing state of the art networked, interactive skill-based tournament games complements our ambition to bring the benefits of our platform to bars across the US.”
Inspired Gaming Group is a leading player worldwide in the Open Server-Based Gaming market and is also a leading provider of analogue and Open SBG machines in the UK for the leisure and gaming markets.
Inspired’s customer base includes bars, casinos, bingo halls, licensed betting offices, holiday parks and other out of home leisure venues. Key customers include the major gaming companies such as William Hill and Gala Coral Group.
