Two international online marketing conferences and expos are scheduled to take place in Stockholm, Sweden this autumn. The eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit and the Search Marketing Expo (SMX) will be held at the Sheraton Hotel from 29 October to 1 November 2007.
Both conferences will focus on optimising the value of Internet marketing: the Search Marketing Expo (SMX) on targeting the right people for a website and the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit on ensuring website visitors can fulfil their objectives.
The SMX conference will explore successful techniques for driving more customers to websites. The event will be chaired by international search marketing expert Chris Sherman and organised by Internet marketing specialists Third Door Media and Rising Media. The two day conference takes place on 31st October and 1st November 2007.
The eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit is the leading event for online marketing and analytics professionals interested in improving the value of their websites. Attendees will learn the best practices for gathering, analysing and using web data to gain an edge over competitors and to maximise Internet marketing ROI. Supported by the Web Analytics Association, the two day conference will take place on 29th and 30th October and will be chaired by Internet marketing guru Jim Sterne.
Topics to be discussed at the conferences include: website optimisation, search analytics, linking tactics, SEO for multimedia, search advertising options & strategies, campaign optimisation, Web 2.0 optimisation, behavioural targeting, competitive analysis, customer experience measurement, statistical analysis, business implementation and multi-channel marketing metrics.
